On this channel, I share mostly martial arts videos and tutorials.
I also occasionally share my journey of self-improvement and travel with my beautiful wife, Jayne, as we move into retirement.
I have a dojo called Honolulu Uechi-Ryu where we teach Uechi-ryu Karate, Jujutsu Self-Defense, Arnis, and Ngo Cho Southern Shaolin Kung-fu every Sunday morning at Magic Island Park in Honolulu 8 am to 10 am. Join us!
