I lost my son to a heroin overdose in September, 2019.  Deaths linked to addiction have reach epidemic proportions.  
Releasing my thoughts into words has helped in the healing process.I don’t sugar coat the issue. Yes, Cody was an addict, but he will always be my son.  When I think of the different movements: Black lives matter, Blue lives matter,  I would like to add Addicts lives matter.
