Hello, I'm Esther a Strala guide, lecturer at the University of Liverpool and also a mum. Tai Chi Qigong and easygoing yoga, Strala helped me to recover from burnout and heal from a chronic movement disorder. Movement healed me in many different ways, mind, body and spirit. I am now healthy, strong and happy after more than 8 years of pain, rigidity and addiction to painkillers and sedatives.
