Luke Chandler

David from the Bible was a very hard man. He had much responsibility and had been groomed in a sense from a young age for his position as king. He was after all a man, and as would be expected he made many mistakes. Even committing an egregious sin of killing a high ranking official in his army while he was fighting a war for David all to take the man’s wife. Certainly she was at great fault in the story too but beside the point. Even still, God says David was a man after his own heart. But my message to you, T, is that David in the Bible did talk about bodybuilding and believed it to be necessary for a man to be physically capable. God can’t be against nature, after all he made it, and also made your body able to adapt, to perform, and be capable as a man should be. ‪@Enhancedgenetics‬

Pretty fair approach to the distribution for all these two, neural adaptation as well should be added though.

This may look disgusting to you. But I swear I can feel the difference when I’m getting raw meat in vs heavily cooked. There is real life old school science backing this idea up, as well. This is my wild type raw venison I’m eating here. Once you have it a few times and become accustomed to the texture. It is actually pleasant to eat.

My calculated 1RM squat based off a set of 325x7. Without squatting and just maintaining meat intake. Work capacity ie. metabolite clearing efficiency, and sarcoplasmic volume - way down. Motor unit recruitment potential ie relative motor units available to recruit- Unchanged.

Why am I still able to maintain the same level of potential force production even without training?

Answer- myofibril hypertrophy has not changed, and I still have atleast the same number of muscle fibers. Assuming I haven’t undergone any hyperplasia. Which would increase my potential force production. Geddit?
