Unrelated note: haven’t really posted about squats, cleans, etc. in months because I’ve been dealing with patellar tendinopathy since June of last year. Finally back to snatching again but not quite out of the woods yet. Just adding things back in slowly. Training’s been rough, but I appreciate training/the privilege of training more than ever now. Excited to build back up.
Forgot I could make text posts lol. Kind of want to make informational shorts every once in a while to bring up training discussions. Nothing special. Fun to talk about training ideology though once in a blue moon if anyone’s here for that.
