I created Retrain With Tremain to help people break free from limiting, self-sabotaging beliefs, behaviors, and habits—and escape society's traps of what’s “normal.” My mission is to guide others to true freedom in health, wealth, mindset, emotions, and consciousness.

This stems from my 10-year journey: losing 30kg in six months, quitting vices, leaving my corporate job, and building a business and family. I stopped following what society said was “right,” took matters into my own hands, and RETRAINED my beliefs, behaviours, and habits—transforming my life completely.

Yesterday I was at Muay Thai when something crazy happened...

Punches flying, kicks coming at me

and in the middle of it all, I had this moment of clarity:

I felt alive.

Yesterday, I slipped.
