Welcome. I hope that you find something here that you can use to help you. I'm Kristyn, a regular American girl from a suburb of Dallas, TX. After experiencing a life changing event in '17 I needed something to keep me holding on. Something to help me muster up the energy and courage to carry everything I was loaded up with. I couldn't even tell you how or why other than God, but I began to wake up at 4 am to give my self 2 hours before my children got up to start working on what I call my life's work. Yoga came to me from no where (Yoga was not something I had ever really seen before!) I found a channel called Yoga by Adriene. (youtube.com/c/yogawithadriene) She is also a brunette woman, from Austin, TX. Her style and personality were very relatable for me. I picked 1 video a day.. and now almost 5 years later she is still my guide whom I follow, but now I trust myself enough to help others with my own touch. God bless you all and peace be with you.
