Engage with China is a charity that builds China literacy in primary and secondary schools in the UK. Its programmes foster global outlook and equip young people with knowledge and curiosity to understand the impact of China's rise on their future. Whatever one's view of China is, there is much that we can learn from this ancient civilisation and culture that has transformed itself from third world to economic superpower in just over a generation. World leader in many sectors and interconnected through globalisation, supply chains and tech, it is important to up-skill the next generation about China and to highlight opportunities, challenges and different perspectives.
