Derrick, who holds a Bachelor of Music in Percussion Performance and has studied with acclaimed drummer Anika Nilles for 7+ years, blends her innovative techniques into his teaching and playing. Urban Percussion offers tutorials, rhythmic exercises, online lessons, play-along recordings, and more, fostering musical growth and rhythmic mastery.
