JMZ Farms is my journey of building a pasture raised egg farm from the ground up here in Texas. On this channel I share the real day to day life of running a farm, caring for hundreds of hens on pasture, collecting vibrant orange yolk eggs, and delivering them directly to families across North Texas. You will see the wins, the struggles, and everything that goes into building a farm business. I am Michael Jimenez, a first generation Latino farmer who started raising chickens when I was 12 years old with my first baby chick in my mom’s backyard. What began as a small passion turned into JMZ Farms, a growing pasture raised egg farm focused on producing high quality eggs and serving my local community. My goal is to inspire others, share what I learn along the way, and show that with hard work, faith, and persistence you can build something incredible.
