Fitness and nutrition are key to a successful training program for all. I have been training young/older athletes ,up thru college athletes for over thirty plus years using resistance bands, sleds, kettlebells, weights, and bodyweight. We focus on all grounded sport athletes, while concentrating on athlete's first step explosiveness, acceleration/deceleration/lateral movements etc. We work on increasing their power/agility and strength. Focus on proper nutrition. We also work with the clients in our adult fitness classes and concentrate on healthy and happy habits with food and fitness, and improving our goals and habits.
