11 tips for a 10x better life:
O complaining....
Working on it (I’m human 🤪🤷‍♂️🤦)
1 hot bath/day....
Swear by 10 mins in the hot tub everyday!
2 min cold shower/day...
Levi actually takes cold showers!
I’ve done cold may a day but still prefer hot tub
3 liters water/day...
Easily,somethings 4!
4 days of lifting weights/week....

5 hours outside/week...
I spend a fair amount of time walking outside and talking to clients.
6 hrs of exercise/week....
Yup🙌
7 000 steps/day....
1.5x’s or more usually

Struggle bus here 👎. 6-7 hours due to life responsibilities (of course I can continue to work on them)
9 minutes stretching/day...
Definitely stay mobile
10 minutes of AM sunlight....
