High functioning means I can still carry on a somewhat normal conversation with people.
I say "somewhat normal," because I tend to focus on the words/topics that I'm hooked on at the time, when I talk to people.
I am also completely blind, starting at birth.
My optic nerves didn't develop, so I'm blind in both eyes, but I see with my hands and ears.
