Just so you know a little about us, we’ve lived here in Winter Springs, Florida, for over 15 years and raised our kids here. We’re originally from Orlando and Arizona. We chose Winter Springs for its excellent schools and community. Jennifer was a results-driven business development executive with experience across multiple industries: real estate, medical, information technology, etc., and Charles is a US Navy veteran who used to be an IT professional at the Sanford Airport. Then, in 2012, we got into real estate and realized we could do more for sellers if we bought their houses directly for the full price, so we started “EPS Houses LLC.” We sell houses too, and we love helping Buyers with less-than-perfect credit. We also specialize in VIRTUAL and CONTACTLESS transactions; we can buy and sell homes over the phone and computer. We are s a friendly family business, and we’ve been able to help lots of local families too!
