I was born and raised in a small community, called Los Lunas, New Mexico. (20 miles south of Albuquerque) I learned to appreciate the art of cooking authentic New Mexico Cuisine, from my Mother, Father, Grandmothers, Aunts and Cousins. We grow our own New Mexico Chile, for our own use and also support of local New Mexico Chile farmers. So the question is Red or Green?
