and onto year 11! 🎉

I cannot believe we are here! Praying for our best year yet. 🙏🏼

We have an 11th grader, 8th grader and 3rd grader this year.

This will be our 11th year using ‪@BJUPressHomeschool‬ materials and we are so grateful for this Christ Centered Curriculum that doesn’t shy away from the truth! ✨

And I’ve been able to help many families as a ‪@HomeWorksbyPrecept‬ Consultant over the past 6 years to discover the same curriculum that has been such a huge part of our homeschooling journey. 🎒🚶‍♀️

Praise God for another year at home with my children! We are blessed beyond measure. God is good!

Baseball has become a Mother’s Day weekend tradition in our household! This year my boys teams won! My oldest sons team won a tournament championship 🥇 It was a fun weekend!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Ressurection Day 🕊️✝️
We had a busy weekend of celebrating both the risen Savior and celebrating our sons 13th Birthday! 🎂 ⚾️

I have 2 teenagers now 👀 we’ve been homeschooling for 10 years and I have gray hair 😅 guys, I’m not old enough for this.

It was a very exhausting but fun weekend! It is just a precursor to our regularly scheduled Spring/Summer! ☀️

I thank God for my many blessings He has given us, salvation being the ultimate! 🙏🏼🤍

Time is a finicky thing. You don’t necessarily realize how quickly time passes until it’s gone. You don’t realize how quickly your children grow up until they are grown. You don’t realize how precious a moment is until it’s a memory that can’t be repeated.

I do my best to treasure every moment I have. Life is a balance of work and life whether you are paid for the job you do or not.

Choose your jobs wisely, consider what an actual need is versus a want. Prioritize relationships over work. Encourage working together when not working isn’t an option.

We are called to both work and live life, we can do both with our children by our side. I want to encourage you to really consider your work life balance. How much of your life is relational, and how much of it is on the go to get the next thing done.

This is what has been on my mind a lot lately with the season of life we have been in. 🤍 Balancing is hard, this is simply a reminder to give it attention.
