Hi there! This is Brian, and I'm the Founder, Chairman, and Philosopher-in-Residence at Heroic and the author of "Areté: Activate Your Heroic Potential".

The super-short story? I’ve spent half of the last 25 years as a Founder/CEO and the other half as a Philosopher.
I love integrating ancient wisdom and modern science to help YOU become the best, most heroic version of yourself so we can create a world in which 51% of humanity is flourishing by 2051.
I also love my wife and two kids, burpees, waking up before the sun, meditating, trail runs, and the Heroic app we built with the same team that helped create Slack, Tinder, and Uber Eats.
