Born in San Bernardino California, rising music star Malik Singletary has had his sights set on music since he was a child. Although while growing up Malik moved to multiple places, he effortlessly considers Los Angeles to be his hometown; a place he has shared many great times with his family. In fact, for this family-oriented man, nothing is more important.
During his Junior High years he would freestyle and write frequently, but it wasn't until the year 2010 that Malik began actively pursuing his career as an artist. He found that he loved a variety of styles, genres, and concepts as long as what he was hearing sounded good to him. His aptitude for being open-mindedly creative, combined with the abundant inspiration he gained from his family, led this L.A. native to develop his dreams.
