Our water-resistant technology is nano modified and tested through IIT Bombay. It is an eco-friendly green product and GRIHA approved (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment). OBICCool 100C/M gives excellent water tightness as it penetrates and seals the pores of the concrete as well as strengthening metal rooftops. It is also corrosion resistant.
Our Solar Heat Reflective Coatings (OBICCool 300C/M) are our topcoats. They provide the 3rd and 4th layers of protection and help reduce ambient temperature from 6 - 12 degrees Celsius (depending on the substrate)! This saves you money on your electricity bills and provides a longer lifespan of your AC's or ventilation systems.
