Which character(s) do you so see most aspire to or see as an ideal?
For me, Kaito Sena from Torture Princess (LN) is probably my top pick, he's the definition of a hero and regardless of how twisted and horrible the world may be especially towards himself- at every opportunity he still chooses to love the world 🐐
So uh, @HoriZen5 has this mega tourney thing going on and I thought to myself yeah that sounds like a GOOD idea I should do one too I'll just have to limit myself to 8 characters per series at max otherwise there would just be too many...

This was honestly just such a fun read from the get-go. Jia and Mincheol have such a fun dynamic that develops at a steady pace throughout the story.
Whilst the romcom elements make a bulk of the narrative we do get a few backstories and plot points that are just 😭😭😭😭
It got a lot more depressing at points than I was expecting since its such a juxtaposition to the rest of the story but I was okay with it I think it was handled well.
In particular the way that they tackle Jia's burnout is really great imo and all of the side characters feel like they at least add something
Overall I liked this a lot, its far from the most deep or complex story out there but I had a lot of fun and at the end lf the day I'll take that any day over making sure to only read the most "well written" media out there, 9/10
Probably gonna work my way through Impel Down in One Piece now that im caught up on Maybe Meant to Be 🤔
I been gettin through some content, I picked up PGR again read through Frozen Darkness, Arcade Anima for Watanabe (who is probably at the top of my PGR list rn) and wrapped up the hidden chapters for both 7 and 8
And bizarrely which I dont think Ive ever brought up, I got back on One Piece (manga only) after probably a year or so of being stuck on Thriller Bark over the last week or so I got through that asw as Sabaody Archipelago and Amazon Lily
So yeah PGR fans and OP fans will have stuff to look forward to on the September media vid cuz imma probs get through a bit more of each before the month is up
Im abt 20 chapters away from being caught up to a manhwa called Maybe Meant to Be which I'll probs catch up to over the weekend as well and maybe I'll finally finish The Stranger which I keep putting off 💀
Other priority rn is to get through the second Higurashi arc this month

I've never seen the GodFather and I dont necessarily intend to in the near future, but once again Rinne is proving why they are just simply one of the best editors in the community go give em so love y'all

Caught up to Maybe Meant to Be ✅️
