I'm a retired United States army officer, a combat veteran, and former Senior Executive and Assistant Director for Public Health at the White House office of National Drug Control Policy. I'm also a certified Physician Assistant who was the first woman to serve as an army PA and tactical medical officer at the White House. It was a humbling experience to serve in both President Obama and President Trump's administrations.
Since returning to Sierra Leone in 2020, I have embarked on a never ending Journey, focusing on faith, addressing our country's maternal mortality crisis, raising awareness and calling to action on drug addiction and mental health.
