We’re Jules and Shona — a married couple in our 50s showing that midlife can be the strongest, boldest chapter yet. Jules is a fitness coach who’s spent decades empowering women to feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies, and is now a newly qualified football referee. Shona is a former Scotland international rugby player and Ironman finisher who discovered endurance sport in her 30s and now thrives on fresh challenges like Hyrox. We’ve both rebuilt after serious injuries, pushed through adversity, and kept choosing challenge over comfort — even while juggling real life and corporate careers.
