Suitable for all ages with specialisation in back care, joint health, those living with cancer, heart and respiratory conditions, together with focus on menopause and post-menopause for optimal well-being. Individual needs are accommodated in small classes.
Christine is a yoga therapist, registered with the CNHC, British Wheel of Yoga and is a Yoga Alliance Senior Teacher. She has written a number of Yoga Mango specialist back guides and is a registered teacher for the national yoga for healthy lower backs programme.
