Kieu Vuong, founder of ESVP Coaching, spent 20 years building a powerhouse career across investment banking, management consulting, academia, and tech. She earned a PhD from Warwick University and received a scholarship to research careers and labor markets with the OECD.
In tech, she started at Microsoft, became one of the founding members of Uber’s UX team, and led UX in core product areas at Airbnb during hypergrowth. Post Uber and Airbnb IPO, Kieu joined YouTube/Google to lead their fastest-growing UX org — earning 2–3x more than peers at her level. She was making a high six figure salary which in today's money is well above a million per year.
