Hello Everyone,
Welcome back to vlog Sunday. In this video I leave the heat waves of Goa and fly to the Himalayas with my dogey wrist in tow! Luckily the airport assistance services were far more professional in India than they were in SE Asia 👌 This meant that i could happily explore the shopping delights at Mopa airport. Despite flight delays, bad weather and an overnight trip I landed safely in Himachal. I show you my beautiful mountain life amongst the locals whom I know really well. It was amazing to reunite with the wonderful people and see the cows, the dogs and also taste the most INCREDIBLE Himachal food. All in the land of the mountains 😋🏔️ Please enjoy the video. 📷

Hello Everyone,
Iv been back in the Himalayas for a week and it is definitely NOT a disappointment. ❤️ The highlights have been the local fair where people cook authentic snacks upon an open fire on the streets amongst an incredible atmosphere. And those snowy mountain tops are beyond BEAUTIFUL. I will be releasing a vlog tomorrow about my journey from Goa to the Himalayas and it will include the local life of Bir town in Himachal. (My current home)😊See you all then.

Hi Peeps,
Sorry that I didn't put out a vlog Sunday today. I travelled overnight to the Himalayas and it's safe to say that I'm reconnecting with the mountains 🏔️ Will definitely be back on youtube soon.

Hello Everyone
So sorry but there's no vlog Sunday today. Nowadays I'm in very intense physiotherapy for my wrist. The good news is that my operation went well and nowadays i don't need a caste or a bandage!!!! So I'm definitely making progress 👌 Once my medical schedule settles I will put a vlog out. But for now I will leave you with this picc of me and the stray dog named Baby. Baby was ever so gentle with me when I was in the caste. But now that I'm out of the castes he likes to play ROUGH lol 🤣🐶 Have a good evening everyone and see you all soon.

New vlog just released ✈️
Solo DISABLED Traveller — SHOCKING Airport Service 😦

Travelling home to Goa with a giant cast meant that I had to rely on airport assistance for my the entire journey. Sadly, what I experienced at Langkawi and Kuala Lumpur airports was incredibly shocking.😦

But the story doesn’t end there… when I changed airlines and arrived in Phuket, the difference in care was unbelievable. As some airports left me feeling de humanised — others restored my faith in human kindness.

If you’ve ever wondered what air travel is REALLY like for a disabled solo traveller, then this one is worth watching.📸

Hello Everyone,
I will be putting out vlogs again 😊📸 I will now release vlogs on Sundays instead of on Tuesdays as my out patient hosp appoints take place every Tuesday. So.... tomorrow will be vlog Sunday! 😊
I'm afraid it's a difficult one as I had terrible experiences with a specific airline who did not care about my safety whilst i was travelling in a cast 🙈 But believe me when I tell u that there were good parts in the vlog too.❤️❤️ ❤️
See you all tomorrow on youtube at:

Travelling Yogini Kas

Hello Everyone,
Today I am 6 days post op and I feel REALLY good. It's Holi, but of course this year i won't be part of all the colour chaos! I did come across a wedding tho and I also had AMAZING times with my friend Inesa.

From the arm caste to flying home to Goa.... right the way through to the operating table..... I can tell ya that its been a journey and a half. But I'm definitely feeling more 'normal' now.
