Self-love simply means gaining an understanding yourself through emotional, physical and spiritual experiences. Self-love is not a fixed state, but rather one can grow over time. Understanding self-love can be a long journey, but it’s Single virtual step to improve your mental health and overall happiness. Self-Obsession is having a high regard for your own well being, love and happiness. I love me, my flaws and all. I’m beautiful, am worthy of love, respect and happiness.
