On the site, you will find a growing number of detailed articles about how I rebuild BMW airhead motorcycles. I've completed four rebuilds: 1973 R75/5, 1976 R75/6, 1977 R100RS and a 1984 R100RS that I converted to an RT configuration. I completed a 5th project for charity that was the restoration of a 1983 R80ST. BMW MOA Foundation agreed to hold a raffle of the completed bike and donate proceeds to the Motorcycle Relief Project (www.motorelief.org).
My son Branden has started rebuilding/restoring airheads too. His first project is a 1973 R75/5 rebuild for the Motorcycle Relief Project. We hope to have the BMW MOA hold another raffle of his completed project.
