Hello everybody.
My name is Margareth.
Always proud of the Emilia-Romagna traditions, I was born in Modena in 1974 into a family of humble origins.
Come most of the families in Emilia- Romagna, I have always cooked at home, according to peasant traditions.
And it is my grandmother who introduces me and teaches me the art of handmade egg pasta, the secrets of meat sauce and the noble profession of cooking.
This channel was born from the memories of his teachings and from the love for Emilia-Romagna cuisine in a context where appliances did not yet exist, where everything was still done by hand ...
Because if you don't tell about grandmothers' cooking then you won't remember them anymore.
