Always proud of the Emilia-Romagna traditions, I was born in Modena in 1974 into a family of humble origins.
Come most of the families in Emilia- Romagna, I have always cooked at home, according to peasant traditions.
And it is my grandmother who introduces me and teaches me the art of handmade egg pasta, the secrets of meat sauce and the noble profession of cooking.
