We propose a rural development model that changes the usual dynamics of attracting population, for generating a prosperous economy in the towns and then the population will go alone.
The promoters are entrepreneurs who forged our experience in the rural world based on a project we carried out (www.b-rutal.es/), we verified that the rural environment was not managing to settle population. Therefore, we concluded that an attempt should be made to implement a new sector that had this capacity. We defined that the technology sector was the most suitable for its prosperity and we identified 10 barriers that in our opinion are the main ones for such development.
Subsequently, we defined a replicable pilot concept of a technology center in rural areas, which seeks to mitigate all these barriers and create a nucleus of the technology sector. And thus to achieve that this epicenter catalyzes the implementation of work centers for technology companies and entrepreneurs.
