I’m Sachin, a professional chef with a deep passion for creating and reinventing dishes. For me, cooking is more than a profession; it’s the art of blending flavours, experimenting with new ideas, and sharing the pure joy that food brings.

On this channel, you’ll find my journey of crafting new recipes, exploring diverse culinary techniques, and celebrating the beauty of cooking.

I began my formal culinary training in 2003, completed my apprenticeship at the Fairmont Winnipeg, and proudly earned my Red Seal certification in 2011. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience working in hotels, restaurants, and institutions across Winnipeg.

Today I’m an Executive Chef who specializes in French and South Asian cuisines.

Outside the kitchen, I’m a proud father of two, and I love spending time with my kids, sharing meals, and creating memories around food.
