On this channel, we share hands-on videos teaching children, youth, and farmers practical skills in regenerative agriculture, hygienic food processing, and healthy recipes using local African ingredients. Made in Uganda by our small team, located at the RUCID Organic Agricultural College, we show how to grow, preserve, process, and cook nutritious foods affordably.

Across Africa, many indigenous crops have been replaced by imported staples, harming nutrition, soils, and food culture. BODY&SOIL focuses on restoring biodiversity and food heritage with recipes and farming methods that transform school gardens and daily meals. Our goal is to help schools provide ideas and solutions for healthy, diverse meals that everyone can afford — moving beyond one-sided staples.
