Working with our Fascial System creates full body awareness, the Anatomy trains literally connect our head to our heels! There is no part of the body the fascia is not connected to. Our body's are incredibly smart, and if you listen more to the inner voice, rather than the outside "expert" you will become stronger, more abled and functional.

So, it isn't just about Strength and Mobility. These daily routines work awesome alongside those endurance like activities. Helps aid in recovery and the healing process. As well as building that strong resistant fascia surrounding our muscles.

Thought I would share the rest of what I do on the daily. I love to run short distance (Barefoot) and long distance (with Barefoot shoes) I Mountain Bike and Swim and also love to ride my Harley Sportser. This morning was about speed, got in a 3k Lakeside run.
