Hello Friends, Family and Future MDs! My name is Alicia and I am a Christian, natural hair enthusiast, music lover and 3rd year Med Student! I made a commitment to start a vlog when I got accepted to Medical School detailing my path to medicine and sharing my journey along the way. The main motivations behind this page are a desire to document my experience to encourage myself in those rough moments to come (lol...help) but also to share the things I learn and discover along the way for anyone who may have a similar story as mine. I didn't have much guidance. As the first in my immediate family to pursue this path, I was figuring it all out along the way.
