Welcome to The Sweat Movement! I'm Chloe Alleyne, a certified personal trainer and prenatal and postnatal fitness specialist. I'm a "cool mom" to Jasmine (6) and Caleb (2) and I love a good Means Girls reference.
I have over 15 years of teaching a variety of classes in the fitness industry, from dance cardio to strength and conditioning to treadmill bootcamps. I am passionate about wellness and want to break down barriers through movement and sweat. Everybody and EveryBODY is welcomed here. My goal is to show you that you're stronger than you think you are and to have you leaving our workouts smiling and proud.
