New follow along 10 minute full body workout video went live on Anabolic Aliens YouTube today! Who’s gonna get after it with us & try our Couples Cables Circuit??? 💪🏻👽
We utilize only 1 handle attachment on just 1 pulley system for this routine. Since the workout itself is set up on just that 1 side of the cable machine, this circuit can be done individually but we created the routine particularly in a way where you could do it at the exact same time with your partner too!

I’m finishing strong with phase 1 of my fitness programming this weekend & then I’m pumped up to start phase 2 next week.
It’s always fun starting new phases as both the whole workout & diet plan schemes completely change.
That stimuli switch up is essential for your body & overall progression, but also very much so for your mentality too because it really does make the process a lot more enjoyable by not being monotonous.
You gotta make sure to stay challenging yourself. Stack up more wins. Never sacrifice happiness. Continue making progress. Keep gaining momentum with results. Believe in yourself & have no limits! 🛸
