You’ll find beginner-friendly yoga, slow flow classes, deep stretch yin sessions, and guided meditations to help you relax and sleep better — all from the comfort of home.
New classes are shared once a month to help you move mindfully, breathe deeply, and feel your best at every stage of life.

🧘♀️ Yoga Pose: Tree Pose (Vrksasana)
Tree pose (Vrksasana) is a foundational yoga posture that significantly improves balance, stability, and mental focus while strengthening the legs, ankles, and core. It boosts postural awareness, opens the hips, and encourages a calm, meditative state that enhances the mind-body connection.
Key Benefits of Tree Pose:
Improves Balance and Stability: As a standing, single-leg, and often, one-legged balance posture, it strengthens ankles and calves, reducing the risk of falls.
Strengthens Lower Body and Core: It tones the muscles of the legs, glutes, and back, while strengthening the core to maintain stability.
Opens Hips and Stretches Muscles: It serves as a gentle hip opener, loosening tight hips and stretching the inner thighs and groin.
Enhances Mental Focus: It requires deep concentration, which calms the mind, reduces stress, and fosters patience.
Improves Posture: It promotes alignment of the head, spine, and hips.
Increases Mind-Body Awareness: It encourages "rooting" into the ground while lifting through the torso, creating a sense of being grounded yet light.
Tips for Practice:
Micro-bend the Knee: Avoid locking the knee of your standing leg to prevent joint strain.
Focus Your Gaze (Drishti): Pick a fixed, unmoving point to focus on to help maintain balance.
Avoid the Knee Joint: Place the foot of the bent leg either above or below your knee, never directly on it.
Use Support: Beginners can use a wall for balance until they feel comfortable.

Treat your Feet with Love
Consider the soles of your feet as miniature maps of the body, different areas representing connections to different organs and body parts. Remember this when you choose a pair of shoes, when you spend a long time standing, and when you wash and care for your feet. Offer the soles of your feet some extra attention, massaging, pumicing, and oiling them. Your feet support your entire body weight when standing, and form your connection to the earth when you run and walk. So, imagine the extra care they need to be happy and healthy.
