I’m Tammy, and I offer gentle yoga, slow vinyasa flow, relaxing yin yoga, and guided meditation for adults 50 and over. These calm, accessible classes are designed to support flexibility, balance, strength, and stress relief — without fast transitions or high-impact movement.

You’ll find beginner-friendly yoga, slow flow classes, deep stretch yin sessions, and guided meditations to help you relax and sleep better — all from the comfort of home.

New classes are shared once a month to help you move mindfully, breathe deeply, and feel your best at every stage of life.

Happy Independence Day from Our Yoga Community

As we gather to celebrate Independence Day, we reflect on the many forms of freedom—both around us and within us.

The practice of yoga reminds us that true freedom begins in the heart and mind. Through mindful movement, conscious breath, and quiet reflection, we cultivate a sense of inner peace that extends into the world around us.

This holiday, may we embody ahimsa (non-harming) by choosing kindness, santosha (contentment) by appreciating the present moment, and seva (selfless service) by offering compassion and support to our families, neighbors, and communities.

May we celebrate with gratitude for those who have served, appreciation for the freedoms we enjoy, and hope for a future rooted in understanding, unity, and peace.
Thank you for being part of our yoga family. Your practice helps create a community where every person is welcomed, supported, and encouraged to grow.
