Hi, I’m Vinny Soni. I arrived in Canada as an international student in 2009 and rented for 8 years, unsure how to begin my journey toward homeownership. In June 2018, I bought my first property, and by July 2021, I had built a portfolio of over 10 properties. I’ve been featured in Business Insider and Weekend Leader, and was honored with the Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee Pin.

My journey was filled with challenges. For years, I paid rent, trying to figure out the process on my own, with little guidance. Despite rising prices, I found the courage to invest, learning how to secure the right deals in a tough market. I worked hard, saving every penny to build my future.

In August 2021, I launched HOUSEEO to help others achieve homeownership. In just 3 years, we’ve helped over 1,000 families find their homes. This is only the beginning of a long journey to empower more people to create their future.
