A Proactive Approach for Communities to enable Societal Transfromation

PRO-Coast is an EU funded project that consists of 20 partners from 14 countries, who joined forces to stimulate and empower local communities and civil society in general, to support restoration and maintenance of biodiversity and ecosystem services across Europe.
PRO-Coast members will gather and synthesise knowledge to contribute to informed citizen decisions and improve co-participation in community decision making, while integrating local knowledge into policy making, within the 3 years duration of the Project.
