Nicholet Monique Brown (Nikki) also known as Minister Nicholet Brown has a story embedded with struggles, deferred dreams, passion and resilience. The name epitomizes the humble soul stirring singer, songwriter and motivational speaker. Born on November 17, 1982, she grew up in the cools hills of St. Catherine in a small rural community called Point Hill. Her mother, Daphne Goffe -Douglas and step-father Melbourne Douglas came to the reality that there was something unique about the skinny, playful and headstrong nine year old girl. She came home one day from attending the Church of God of Prophecy morning’s worship session to tell them that she wanted to be baptized because she felt the hands of Jesus on her life. Even if the idea of being too young flickered across their thoughts, her eyes could tell that she had come in contact with him and this decision would later unveil the purpose for which she was created.
