My name is Jay Jahanarai and we have been in pizza and restaurant business since starting high school about 40 years ago.
Being an Iranian immigrant I had to support myself throughout my education and what better job than restaurants that can accommodate my school hours and mostly allow me to continue my high school and college after school.
I guess I grow into the restaurant business and liked it more and more specifically in the pizza restaurant.
After getting married, we decided to open our own pizza restaurant in Lake Forest California in September of 2013.
My wife and my two daughters have been a big supporter and have helped throughout some of the roughest part of our business operations specifically during Covid.
