Hi, I'm Daphnee Disasi and I love all things fitness. I am a qualified personal training, currently working in Belgium. I know most people have a busy lifestyle and often can't make it to the gym. That's cool, because I got you covered with some at home workout videos. So grab your mat and lets et moving!

Always remember, as much as it is great to stay healthy physically, it is just as important to stay healthy mentally. I've shared some book reviews on books that have helped me along the way. I hope they help you too!
