Hey guys ! Salut :)

I hope you are all doing well.

I've been wanting to talk to you guys about something really important to me for a while now, and I think today is the right time. The fact that today is also my birthday makes the timing even more perfect.

I've been posting videos on YouTube for almost 10 years. From day one, it became my full-time job. Honestly, it was a dream job. Think about it: Food, travel, friends, and endless opportunities to satisfy my boundless curiosity!

Over the years, I've come a long way! I started with simple recipes filmed on a GoPro, then moved on to traditional French recipes, and eventually got to my favorite content on the channel: obsessive documentary series - produced beautifully - about the world of food. So many series aand content i am proud of ! I feel like I've accomplished something with you on YouTube. Yes... You, my dear subscribers, are a huge part of this amazing journey we've built together.

Now... Ten years later, things have changed and today, I feel like I'm at a turning point in my life.

In the past few years, I've had to deal with some really tough family issues, and professionally, I have to confess that I've been feeling a bit burnt out. Basically, it has become harder and harder to post. To the point where I couldn't post any more. I know it still is a dream job, but the situation is what it is, and i have to accept it. And potentially change it.

I know, I've always set the bar high in terms of delivery. You know how much I value quality over quantity. Well, I have understood the hard way that sticking to this principle on Youtube while making it a profitable business is challenging, to say the least. Very complicated to be honest.

So.

For now, I've decided to take a break and stop posting videos on YouTube. This message isn't here to say I'm quitting YouTube, but it's not to say I'm continuing either. Honestly, I don't know right now, and I've decided to keep my options open for the future. I'm ready for whatever comes next.

I need to ask myself the right questions, recharge my batteries, and open my heart and mind to the world, to figure out what I can still offer to it.

Deep inside, I still love food, I still love creating, I still love all the videos I've posted on this channel, and I think I love the interactions I've had with you guys over the years even more.

Hey guys ! Salut ✌️

I hope you guys are well !
Summer break is here, and I am going to enjoy it and spend some quality time with my friends and family. I am also gonna take the opportunity to rest and reboot (and most likely cycle my a.. off).

In all honesty, it's been a pretty intense year, both professionally and personally. Many things have happened, many others have changed, so much in fact that it's hard to focus properly sometimes.
Problem is when I can't give my absolute best, I can be very impatient, judgemental and harsh with myself.

Not great, I know, but I am working on it 💪

Besides Food, one of the main themes of my YouTube channel has always been Self-improvement. Omelettes and Ramen and Pizza are just perfect excuses to challenge myself and inspire you to do the same.

On a personal level, and for many years now, I have also been working a lot on self improvement: reading books and practicing a lot too. Takes time.

Right now, I am grateful. I want to thank you for sticking around, for spreading the love, and for having supported this channel for so long. I do have great projects up my sleeve, but - same as me - you are gonna have to be patient to see them hatch.

Life doesn't have challenges, Life is challenges.
