I interviewed Scott Ritter, retired Marine, international weapons inspector, and of course famed military analyst, to discuss the situation in Ukraine. We were supposed to do a live stream on my YouTube channel, but there were technical difficulties. So rather than postpone the interview, I decided to do it on Twitter Spaces, which was quick and convenient. At the end of the day, what matters is not the image but the words. I am currently in Kiev — I arrived yesterday for a two day visit on some business that I had, only to be woken up this morning by my assistant telling me that the Russians were invading. What can I say — perfect timing!
I of course want to get back to Kharkiv to be with my family, but all flights and trains have been canceled, so all the highways are clogged.
So I don’t know exactly what I will do. But I’ll figure it out.
