The Gipsy Nights interpret the long and lively tradition of the Flamenco-Bulería, breathing a new impulse into Rumba Catalana. Their style eludes fixed genres – it merges various elements of world music and is yet unmistakably rooted in the music of southern France and Spain.

Inspired by the sounds of gipsy music, the melodies of their ancestors, the songs of Gipsy Nights offer a creative and emotional symbiosis: authentic, modern and bursting with life.

Their rhythms instantly elevate us towards a sunny mood of luminescence and joie de vivre: the mood of the south, where the Rumba Gitana originated. The very special voice of lead singer Cahut Galiana characterizes the band’s magic and its unique sound, which is dreamy at times, but overall rhythmic and joyful – a celebration of life.
