It took me a long time to understand, but that changed everything for me:
❤️You don’t need to wait for an “after” to love yourself.
No need for a flatter belly, a lower number on the scale, or to “get back to your old body” to feel beautiful, feminine, and proud of who you are.
After my pregnancy, I struggled to recognize myself.
My reflection had changed, and sometimes I no longer saw the woman I was.
But at some point, I decided to make peace with this new body.
Not by giving up on my goals, no — but BY CHOOSING TO LOVE MYSELF NOW, NOT LATER.
In these two photos, I’m wearing the exact same clothes.
And yet, between them, there are doubts, effort, silent victories...
But what I want you to see is not the “before and after.”
❤️It’s that I slay in both. With or without a belly. With or without visible change.
Because slaying isn’t about your body.
It’s about your mindset. Your presence. Your self-love.
I felt beautiful in my “before,” just as much as in my “during.”
And that’s the biggest change:
No longer waiting to be “someone else” to feel like myself.
So to you, who are still searching for yourself in the mirror:
Take care of yourself, celebrate every version of you.
And most importantly, take photos.
Not to see what needs to change, but to remind yourself how truly beautiful you already were.

I lost 5 kg in 5 months.
Not in 30 days.
And that’s totally OKAY ❤️
Because my life doesn’t revolve around workouts or meal prep.
I’m a foodie, I have a full life, and I refuse to deprive myself just to see a smaller number on the scale.
No miracle detox.
No extreme cleanse.
Just patience, consistency, and—above all—a lot of kindness toward myself.
And let’s be honest…
The hardest part isn’t losing weight.
It’s making sure the weight never comes back.
