Sushi-Yoko's sushi courses are on the menu in Winterthur near Zurich since 2007. Since then, many satisfied customers participated in my courses. As a graduate of Tokyo Sushi Academy's professional course, I recommend my courses especially for everyone who wants to learn real, traditional Japanese sushi from a Japanese. Of course everyone who has tried sushi at home but didn't fare as well as hoped is of course welcome in my sushi courses! My courses are adapted to your wishes and experience, always easy to understand and we are never in a hurry.
