In addition to coaching, I’m a certified Therapeutic Art Coach. I use therapeutic collage art to help survivors process their experiences, uncovering their authentic selves, and heal through creativity.

Blaze, my ESA bearded dragon and Chief Vibe Officer, brings the spice and the heart. He’s got weekly affirmations, lizard wisdom, and a whole lot of sass to help you smile, stay grounded, and vibe higher.
