While ASMR is a beautiful tool for temporary rest, I believe that true rest for our spirits and minds can only come from allowing yourself to be known and loved by the God who created you on purpose and for a purpose. Nothing on this earth can ever fully satisfy our hearts–but a relationship with Jesus will. "In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety." Psalm 4:8. ♡
