Ten things I seen that seperate the top brokers from everyone else 👇🏼

1️⃣ being ludicrously good at the craft and getting there in the shortest period of time is by cornering a segment of the market

2️⃣ gap between writing loans and blowing clients socks off is a million miles and proper organic growth requires the latter

3️⃣ absolutely nailing at least one way of getting as many any leads as required at all times so the business never starves

4️⃣ it seems counterintuitive however bigger the participant the sharper the niche cause it helps with efficiencies at volume

5️⃣ do ballsy shit like turn away clients that are not right fit cut any clients that are dickheads and charge fees for value

6️⃣ hang around and build genuine friendships with other guns that are crushing it cause rising tides lift all ships

7️⃣ share knowledge openly and honestly cause they know nearly no one will do the hard part which is actually doing the work

8️⃣ consistently make bigger bets over time knowing that some will lose however having thick enough skin that it doesnt crush em

9️⃣ understand themselves intimately and do business in a way that is congruent to their character personality and values

🔟 spend time doing cool shit cause they know life is not all about money one day all the chips go back on the table
